Who is accountable for the analysis.

Financial research is worth exactly as much as your ability to check it. That applies to the desk as much as to the filings it reads — so here is the person behind it, the code it runs on, and the things it deliberately will not do.

Lead Engineer & Architect, The Nine

Voinista was built by Riaan Kleynhans and the engineering team at The Nine to bring multi-agent analysis to systematic traders. It is engineered on top of the open-source TauricResearch/TradingAgents framework, and automates high-density corporate research by parsing raw financial disclosures into a transparent, adversarial debate. We take direct technical accountability for the mathematical boundaries of the models and for the data pipelines that feed them.

Foundations and boundaries

Open-source foundations

The agent-coordination model is grounded in the open-source TauricResearch/TradingAgents project, so the debate mechanics underneath the product are inspectable rather than taken on trust.

Primary-source evidence

Analysts reason over figures retrieved from 10-K and 10-Q filings and company news, not over recalled or summarised numbers.

An auditable regime model

Market state comes from an observable Markov model over daily bars — a 20-day return window, a transition matrix, and a stationary distribution. It reports state and probability. It never produces a verdict; only the debate does.

No execution, ever

Zero order routing, no brokerage APIs, and no custody of assets. Voinista supplies the argument. You take the decision, and you execute it yourself at your own broker.

Every run is documented analysis with its sources attached. It is research, not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. The full statement is on the disclaimers page.
