How it works
Twelve analysts read the filing, argue it out, and hand you a verdict you can defend.
Most tools give you a signal and hide the reasoning. Voinista does the opposite: you watch a full research desk work from real SEC filings — bulls, bears, a risk committee, a portfolio manager — and you keep the entire argument. The reasoning is the product.
Three runs a month free, no card required. Research, not investment advice.
The black box
A score, an arrow, a “strong buy.” No source, no counter-argument, no way to check it. When it’s wrong you never learn why — and you can’t defend the trade to yourself, let alone a PM.
The desk
Twelve agents argue over ground-truth SEC data and catch each other’s mistakes. A dedicated bear hunts the red flags the bull skipped. You get a call and the whole reasoning behind it, traceable to the filing.
One filing in. Four analysts, a debate, a risk vote, one verdict out.
Every run follows the same institutional workflow. Nothing is skipped, and every step is saved so you can read exactly how the desk reached its call.

Step 1
Four analysts read the same real filing.
The desk starts from ground truth: the company’s own 10-K and 10-Q filings, plus a neutral price-regime model. Each analyst reads a different slice — and cites what it found, so nothing is invented.
Fundamentals
10-K / 10-Q line itemsRevenue, margins, free cash flow, debt load, inventory, and dilution — pulled from the filing, not paraphrased. The check on whether the business is actually worth what it trades for.
News
Filed events & catalystsMaterial events, guidance, and disclosures dated against the run. Separates a real catalyst from noise the crowd already priced in.
Sentiment
Crowd positioningHow the market is leaning right now — so the desk knows when a thesis is consensus (and crowded) versus genuinely contrarian.
Technical
Price & trendTrend, momentum, and levels, read alongside the neutral Markov regime model that classifies the stock as Bull, Bear, or Sideways with probabilities. Context, never a signal on its own.
Step 2
A bull and a bear argue it out.
This is where hidden risk surfaces. A bull builds the strongest case for the upside; a bear, reading the same filing, hunts the red flags the bull glossed over — inventory bloat, dilution, debt walls. A research manager then synthesises the disagreement into a single, balanced thesis.
Because it’s adversarial by design, structural risk shows up before you trade, not after.
Bull
Pricing power intact, margins expanding, free cash flow ahead of consensus.
Bear
Inventory up 22% while revenue grew 8% — channel’s stuffing. Watch the next print.
Research manager
Thesis holds, but size for the inventory risk. Flag the next earnings date.

Step 3
A risk committee votes, and a portfolio manager decides.
A three-person risk committee — aggressive, conservative, neutral — stress-tests the trade, and a trader drafts the execution. The portfolio manager weighs it all into an Executive Verdict.
Executive Verdict
BUY, HOLD, or SELL with a confidence level and a three-bullet rationale — a call and the reason for it, defensible to yourself or a PM.
Execution Blueprint
An entry zone, a stop, and a target — turning the thesis into a plan you place at your own broker. Research, not an order.
Influence Matrix
Which analysts actually drove the call — an honest desk-lean, so a SELL despite an up-move shows you exactly who tipped it.
Step 4
You keep the whole argument.
Every run is saved to your history. Quant users export an institutional PDF dossier to keep or share, and any run can be turned into a shareable link that proves your analysis pre-dated the move. A fast run takes about 10–15 minutes; a deep run takes longer, and you watch it happen live.
Inside every dossier
- The full adversarial debate transcript

- Execution Blueprint — entry zone, stop-loss, target

- Sourced SEC data points (debt, inventory, dilution)
- “Research, not investment advice” footer + generation date
Research, not advice — on purpose.
Voinista documents an argument; it never routes an order, holds custody, or tells you what to do. The Execution Blueprint is a plan for you to weigh and place at your own broker. Outputs come from language models, can be wrong, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Read the full disclaimer.
